Applies to all divisions, per the NBLL By-Laws.

(i)  A total refund will be given upon request through the last day prior to the start of assessments.  Except, if your child is grade 7 and above (potentially NBLL ages 12-16) and they make the junior high baseball team, or high school baseball or softball team, NBLL will refund your registration fees once commitment to junior high/high school teams are made.

(ii)  If injured, a total refund will be given upon request at any time through the end of assessments.

(iii) A 50% refund will be given upon request between assessments and Opening Day.

(iv) After the player draft and/or team rostering, no refunds will be given.

(v)  All on-line credit card fees are non-refundable, regardless of when, or why a refund is requested.
